These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for and participation in the 2-Day Peri-Implant Mucogingival Course with Prof. Giovanni Zucchelli (the “Event”), taking place on 1–2 April 2027 at the Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Event is organised by MB Vilnius Surgical Series (the “Organiser”). By registering for the Event you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
This course is open to licensed dental professionals, including but not limited to:
- Periodontologists
- Oral surgeons
- Maxillofacial surgeons
- General dentists practising soft tissue management around dental implants
By registering, you confirm that you are a qualified dental professional.
Registration and payment
- Registration is considered complete only once full payment has been received.
- Participation is limited and subject to availability.
- Payment must be made through the official payment channels provided by the Organiser.
Fees and inclusions
The registration fee is €2,800 and includes:
- Access to all lectures and the hands-on session
- Full surgical video documentation shown during the course
- Educational materials
- Certificate of participation
- Refreshments, coffee breaks and lunch on both days
Not included: travel, accommodation and other personal expenses. Preferential rates may be offered at the course venue hotel; these are arranged separately and are not part of the registration fee.
Cancellation and refunds
- Full refund for cancellations received by 15 November 2026.
- 50% refund for cancellations received by 1 January 2027.
- No refund after 1 January 2027. You may instead transfer your registration to another colleague, subject to the Organiser’s prior approval.
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@vilniussurgicalseries.com. To transfer a registration, the personal details of the new attendee must be provided.
If the Organiser cancels the Event, participants receive a full refund of the registration fee. MB Vilnius Surgical Series is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses in that event.
Changes to the programme
MB Vilnius Surgical Series reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue where necessary. Any material change will be communicated to registered participants in good time.
Code of conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the course. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this policy, with no entitlement to a refund.
Intellectual property
All course materials, presentations and surgical video documentation are the intellectual property of the Organiser or of the course lecturers. Unauthorised recording, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Liability
Participation in the Event is at your own risk. MB Vilnius Surgical Series accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage sustained during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Data protection
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of administering the Event. How that data is handled, who processes it and what rights you have are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
Photography and media
Photographs and video may be taken during the Event and used by the Organiser for future promotional and educational purposes. By attending you grant permission to appear in such materials, unless you notify the Organiser in writing before the Event.
Force majeure
MB Vilnius Surgical Series is not liable for any delay in or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics or government restrictions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Vilnius.
